The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a worldwide Protestant Christian community committed to sharing the hope of Jesus, serving others, and helping people experience a fuller and healthier life as we look forward to Christ’s return. We believe every human being is created in the image of God, possesses immeasurable worth, and is infinitely loved by Him.
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—a loving unity of three coeternal persons. We believe that Jesus Christ came to earth, lived a sinless life, died for humanity, and rose again. Through His life, death, and resurrection, salvation is offered freely to all who place their faith in Him.
We observe the seventh-day Sabbath, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, as a sacred gift from God—a weekly time for worship, rest, community, and renewal. Rooted in both creation and liberation, the Sabbath reminds us that our worth is not determined by how much we produce, accomplish, or possess. In a world shaped by hurry, consumption, and relentless productivity, Sabbath is an act of resistance to the patterns of this world.
As Seventh-day Adventists, we seek to live out these beliefs through worship, compassion, service, and care for the whole person, reflecting the character of God and bringing hope to the world around us.
